You do not need a PayPal account.
Payment can be made directly from your credit or debit card and will
be processed securely by PayPal.
If you do have a PayPal account please ensure
that your postal address is up to date in your
personal profile.
Payment and Delivery:
Online credit/debit card payments will be processed by PayPal, a third-party payment service provider. It is not necessary to sign up for a PayPal account; payment can be made directly from your credit or debit card and will be processed securely by PayPal. If you do have a PayPal account please ensure that the postal address in your personal profile is correct. Payments are fast, free, and secure. PayPal is an eBay company.
You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal after you have placed an order.
Most orders are sent by first class post. Some multiple orders might be sent by parcel post. Shoe care products will be sent by second class post (if you would like a shoe product sent by first class post please email us). Shopping trolleys and seat sticks (except the foldaway flipstick) will be sent by parcel post. Briefcases will be sent by parcel post or first class post (see item details), unless otherwise requested.
We will send an email to you confirming that your order has been despatched. Orders paid for by credit/debit card online are usually sent within three days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If it is likely to be more than a week before we can send the order we will advise you of this.
Although first and second class post is usually delivered within a few days, there is no guarantee that it will be. Royal Mail states that two weeks should be allowed for delivery of first class post. If you would like delivery guaranteed by a certain date we can arrange to send the order by Special Delivery − please email us for the extra delivery cost.
Please make sure when placing an order that the email address you provide is one which you check regularly for incoming messages.

The locked padlock symbol which indicates a secure site for transmitting personal information will appear when you enter PayPal's payment site. Clicking on an Add to Cart or Buy Now button or Begin Checkout will take you to the payment site. You will see the locked padlock in the bottom right-hand or left-hand corner of the browser or alongside the address bar.
The beginning of the address in the address bar will change from http:// to https:// which also indicates a secure site.
If you cannot see the padlock when in the PayPal payment site, check that you have a tick against "Status Bar" under "View" on the toolbar − or, if you have the latest Windows Toolbar, under "Tools" and then "Toolbars".

will accept payment by cheque if the total of your order (including delivery
cost) is £10 or more. Please make your cheque

your name and address and details of
your order (including an email address if possible, or

Orders paid for by cheque are usually sent within seven to ten days of receipt of payment.
Cancellations and Returns:
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been despatched please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible after placing the order.
If you change your mind after your order has been despatched and wish to return an item please contact us by email (or by phone or letter if you do not have email) within seven days of receiving the order to advise your intention. Please bear in mind when placing an order that if you do change your mind and decide to return an item it may have to be returned at your own cost. On receipt of the returned item, which must be unused and in its original packaging, a refund will be made by the same method that payment was received.
If you receive the incorrect item please contact us by email or phone.
If an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.
True Utility products come with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship by True Utility under the terms and conditions for a period of 10 years from date of purchase.
Undelivered / uncollected orders:
If an order is returned to us by the Post Office for any reason that was not our fault − for example, wrong delivery address provided, or the package was not collected from the local delivery office − a refund of the order value, less delivery cost, will be made by the same method that payment was received.

Apart from being an insecure way to send personal information, we only accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal's secure transaction site, or in person. If you do not wish to pay online and are unable to visit us in person, we will accept payment by cheque if your total order (including delivery cost) is £10 or more—please see above. |
Your online credit/debit card payment will be securely processed by PayPal, a third-party payment service provider. PayPal provides us (Mills Leathergoods) with details of your order, your email address and name and address. We use your email address to communicate with you regarding your order. It is not used for any other purpose and is not passed on to third parties. The same applies to your name and address. The only exception would be if we need to make a claim for a lost/damaged package, in which case your name and delivery address would have to be supplied to Royal Mail or other carrier. This information is provided to us electronically by PayPal and will be deleted from our files after an appropriate period of time following completion of your order.
